ABOUT ME

Lauren Stone was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is currently based in the Skane region of Sweden, where she lives with her daughter, boyfriend, his son and the chickens: the Fellowship (minus Frodo and Gimli who died in 2017 and Merri and Slagathor are on loan to the neighbors), Gentrification, Aarwen, Gollum, and the two chicks that we have yet to name we are pretty sure they are hens. On July 4, 2020, Stone started Shire Farms Entertainment's YouTube Channel to share her love of gardening and fishing through videos showcasing her knowledge and failures or MISTAKES.

In 2011, Stone graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in English: Creative Writing Emphasis. Stone is currently a Writer at Massive Entertainment, in Malmo, Sweden.

In February 2015, Stone began working at Ubisoft Montreal on Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege. Becoming the Main Screenwriter on Siege in May 2015, bringing the project from Alpha to shipping. While at Ubi-MTL, she also worked on Eagle Flight and FarCry 5. At Massive Stone has worked as a writer for Tom Clancy's The Division (post-launch content), Tom Clancy's The Division 2, Year 1 DLC, Warlords of New York expansion, Year 2 DLC, and Watch Dogs Legion. In May 2020, Stone began a two year mission with Ubisoft Reflections on the Clancy IP team as the Clancy IP Writer before being promoted to Clancy Narrative Specialist. On May 1, 2022, she became the Narrative Director on Tom Clancy's The Division 2.

In addition to writing, Stone is an accomplished musical theatre actress, garnering rave reviews in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Montreal. Prior to working at Ubisoft Montreal, Stone was a company member of On the Spot Improv at the Comedyworks, and was a founding member of Plaid Thursdays' #WFIIA Improv Troupe, which debuted at the Montreal Fringe Festival in 2014. While in Montreal, Stone frequently preformed at The Comedy Nest in BattleCom, an improv and standup nerd trivia battle.

After meeting in 2005 as actors in a show that Nicole Appleby and Stone consider their Theater-Nam, the pair worked together as Director-Playwright, Director-Actor and Director-Choreographer, before they discovered the magic of google+ and began writing together. In 2013, Appleby and Stone founded Greatest Day of Our Lives Productions, a writing and production house based in Los Angeles.
